At Darya, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
All requests must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.
All garments must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items must arrive in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. We cannot accept garments that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, or odors.
Items marked as final sale or discounted are also non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Darya is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please note that import duties and customs fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, excluding shipping costs. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit for a future purchase.
Darya reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions.
